Giant cell arteritis with bilateral vision loss: A case report

Abstract: Giant cell arteritis (GCA) also known as temporal arteritis, is a systemic vasculitis of medium and large-size vessels. It can lead to permanent visual loss in elderly patients. Here we report an old patient presenting with bilateral loss of vision later diagnosed as giant cell arteritis.
